Scope of services
We provide web design, development, and support services based on the agreed technical specification.

Stages & communication
We manage the project in agreed stages: align the goals and structure, prepare a working version, review it, apply approved revisions, and launch.
Key decisions, changes, and deadlines are recorded in our correspondence. Revisions are submitted in one consolidated message and completed within the approved scope. New tasks are agreed separately in terms of scope, cost, and timeline.

Payments & terms
Payments are made in milestones or by a mutually agreed schedule.

Intellectual property
Rights to the final deliverables are transferred after full payment. We may showcase the case unless agreed otherwise.

Warranty & support
After launch, we provide support within the agreed period and warranty fixes.
