About the ready solution

What you get

A ready niche solution for an auto dismantling business that wants to move its catalog, stock information, and customer inquiries from spreadsheets, phone calls, and messengers into an owned, manageable system.

Customers can find a part by make, model, year, category, title, or OEM number, add several positions to a list, and send one structured inquiry. The manager receives the vehicle context, confirms actual availability, and can reserve the exact inventory position.

This is not a standard online store with instant checkout. The solution reflects the reality of used parts: condition, completeness, and fitment are confirmed by a manager before the sale. The system already includes a catalog, donor vehicles, three inventory sources, inquiries, consultations, reservations, a customer portal, vehicle intake, and an admin panel.

The base adaptation and launch price is $2,100. The package includes the ready Laravel project, brand adaptation, core module configuration, an agreed initial catalog import, deployment, and 45 days of technical support.

A ready-made foundation, adapted to your business

You are not locked into the demo version. Adapting the ready structure within the agreed scope is included in the base price. New modules, major architecture changes, and custom logic are estimated separately before work begins.

Flexible customization

Included in the price

Ready-solution adaptation

We preserve the proven structure and functionality while adapting the presentation to your brand and business.

  • Logo, brand colors, typography, and visual accents
  • Your copy, contact details, documents, and images
  • Removing unnecessary modules and configuring the relevant existing ones
Separate estimate

New modules and extensions

If the existing functionality is not enough, we estimate the required extension in advance.

  • Additional pages, roles, or content sections
  • Extensions to existing forms, catalogues, and workflows
  • Integration with agreed third-party services
Custom development

New architecture and custom logic

For requirements that go beyond the ready-made solution and need dedicated product planning.

  • A new product structure replacing the existing one
  • Custom business logic and user accounts
  • Complex integrations and process automation

Before work starts, we confirm which parts of the ready-made solution stay, what will be adapted, and what will be added—so the launch timeline and agreed price are clear upfront.

Ready to launch

What is already working

This is not a concept or a set of mockups. The core customer and administrative workflows are available in the live demo.

Parts catalog and search

Search by title, OEM, SKU, make, model, year, and category with vehicle-specific filters.

Three inventory sources

Full part listings, standalone warehouse positions, and quick-stock items linked to a donor vehicle.

Donor vehicles and their parts

Dedicated vehicle pages with specifications, images, dismantling status, available parts, and donor-specific inquiries.

Selection list for up to 20 parts

Customers can add several parts, leave item-specific notes, and send them to the manager in one inquiry.

Inquiries, statuses, and reservations

Managers process inquiries and can reserve an exact inventory position and quantity until a specified time.

Customer portal

Registration, inquiry history, request details, profile, delivery defaults, and cancellation of a still-new inquiry.

Vehicle intake workflow

A dedicated landing page and vehicle valuation form with vehicle details, condition, documents, and up to six photos.

Admin panel and CSV imports

Manage the catalog, donor vehicles, inquiries, content, and large text-based imports without creating every position manually.

SEO pages and useful content

Part, donor, make, and model pages, a content hub, FAQs, and links between editorial content and catalog entities.

Best fit

Who this solution is for

The system delivers the most value to businesses that already have inventory or donor vehicles and want a structured online inquiry process.

Established dismantling business

For moving the catalog, donor vehicles, and inquiries from spreadsheets, calls, and messengers into an owned system.

Make-specific dismantler

For a business specializing in BMW, VAG, Mercedes, Renault, or another vehicle group.

Parts warehouse plus donor vehicles

For combining standalone warehouse items, full part listings, and donor-specific quick stock.

Marketplace-dependent business

For building an owned catalog, customer base, and long-term SEO channel alongside existing marketplaces.

Solution value

What this gives the business

The system does not replace the manager’s expertise, but it removes part of the manual chaos around search, inquiries, and availability.

Structured inquiries

Instead of a vague message, the manager receives selected positions, vehicle context, VIN, notes, and contact details.

Easier self-service search

Customers can narrow the catalog to their vehicle and review available positions before contacting a manager.

Reservation control

An exact inventory position can be reserved for an agreed period, with expired reservations released automatically.

An owned acquisition channel

Part, donor, make, model, and content pages create a foundation for organic search growth.

Faster launch

The core architecture is already built, so the work focuses on branding, data, content, and configuration.

Foundation for future growth

The Laravel foundation can be extended with integrations, roles, branches, and new workflows in later stages.

Clear scope

What is included in the $ 2100 base price

The scope is confirmed before work begins. The base package covers launching the existing workflows without a complete redesign or new integrations.

Included in the offer

After full payment, we hand over the adapted source code and access to the deployed project.

  • Brand adaptation

Logo, name, primary colors, contacts, and company details within the existing design system.

  • One language version

The base package includes Ukrainian or another agreed launch language.

  • All existing core modules

Catalog, donors, three inventory sources, inquiries, consultations, reservations, portal, vehicle intake, and content.

  • Content entry for up to 10 informational pages

We place supplied copy and images on the home, company, contacts, terms, and other existing pages.

  • Reference data configuration

Up to 20 makes, 100 models, and 40 categories based on client-prepared data.

One prepared file in the agreed format. The import covers text and stock data but does not include images.

  • Placement of up to 30 key images

  • Inquiry form configuration

We test parts inquiries, consultations, vehicle intake, and correct submission storage for the manager workflow.

  • Basic SEO and analytics setup

Mapping arbitrary spreadsheets, duplicates, incorrect categories, and incomplete vehicle data is estimated separately.

  • Bulk image migration

The system CSV imports text data. Bulk image mapping and migration require a separate preparation stage.

  • Online payment and automated checkout

The base version uses manager-confirmed inquiries. Online payments require a separate module.

  • Delivery APIs, CRM, accounting systems, and marketplaces

Integrations depend on the selected service, documentation, and required synchronization direction.

  • Automatic VIN decoder

In the base system, the VIN is passed to the manager. Automated decoding requires a third-party service.

  • Complete redesign or new business logic

New roles, branches, inventory workflows, automation, and major UX changes are estimated separately.

  • Additional language version

Translation and content entry for a second language are not included in the base price.

FAQ

Questions before purchase

What exactly do I receive for $3,500?
A ready Laravel project with catalog, donor vehicles, inquiries, reservations, customer portal, vehicle intake, and admin panel; brand adaptation, one language, an agreed initial import, deployment, training, and 45 days of support.
Is this a template or a working system?
It is an implemented working project with a database, customer workflows, and an admin panel. We adapt an existing system to the business instead of installing a generic theme.
Can the system support a large catalog?
Yes. The system includes queued CSV imports, database indexes, and fast search. An internal synthetic test was performed with 50,000 records. The base price includes up to 5,000 prepared positions; larger or more complex migrations are estimated separately.
Can images be imported together with the CSV file?
The standard import transfers text and stock data and does not modify images. Bulk image migration is possible after reviewing the structure of the existing archive and is estimated separately.
Does the system automatically guarantee part fitment?
No. The system helps filter positions using vehicle data and sends the VIN and vehicle context to the manager. Final fitment must be confirmed by the seller.
Why is there no standard instant checkout?
Used parts often require confirmation of condition, completeness, fitment, and current availability. The base workflow therefore uses a structured inquiry and manager confirmation. Online payment can be added separately.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. After full payment, we hand over the adapted source code and access credentials. The base price does not include exclusive ownership of the solution; exclusivity is negotiated separately.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
There is no CreonixLab subscription fee for the base system. Server, domain, third-party APIs, paid services, and support after the included period are paid separately.
Is the demo using real business data?
No. Products, contacts, inquiries, and figures in the demo are used only to demonstrate the structure and functionality and will be replaced with the client’s data.
What is required to start?
Logo, contacts, company details, domain and server access, make/model/category dictionaries, a prepared catalog, images, delivery, warranty and return rules, and informational page copy.
